True emergencies (require immediate treatment)
These situations require prompt intervention to prevent serious complications and quickly relieve pain.
Deferrable urgencies (to be treated soon)
In these cases, treatment can be scheduled shortly to prevent the problem from worsening.
Every patient is welcomed with empathy and attentive listening. Before any treatment, we clearly explain the causes of the problem, possible solutions, and their benefits or limitations, to help you make an informed decision.
We use:
Comprehensive support: before, during, and after
We do not stop at emergency treatment. We provide post-operative follow-up and, if needed, offer a personalized care plan to prevent relapses
An empathetic, person-centered philosophy: we support you at every stage, from diagnosis to recovery

If you are in acute pain, it is important to contact the practice promptly. Our team will assess the situation and, if necessary, schedule an urgent visit to identify the cause of the pain and relieve it as quickly as possible.
At present, the practice operates on weekdays. However, we understand that emergencies can occur at any time. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible; we will do our best to provide helpful guidance and schedule a visit as soon as we can.
The duration of the visit varies depending on the complexity of the problem. Generally, an initial assessment takes about 30 minutes. If necessary, further treatments can be scheduled afterward.
Our primary goal during an emergency visit is to relieve pain and stabilize the situation. In some cases, it is possible to complete treatment during the same visit. However, for more complex issues, additional appointments may be required to complete treatment properly.
Prevention is essential. We recommend regular check-ups, good daily oral hygiene, and healthy eating habits. During visits, our team will provide personalized advice to maintain your smile’s health and prevent future problems.
